We manufacture concentric and eccentric reducers through a hot or cold forming process. These reducers are made by starting with a tube or perforated bar and can be extruded, shaped with a mechanical process in a mold, or forged.
We also have the capability to machine them from forged rounds in dedicated molds.
After the forming process, the reducers undergo heat treatment in our fully automatized heat treatment furnace. They are then sandblasted, tested, and marked before being packaged and shipped to our customers.
Our production standards meet ASTM, ASME, ANSI, and UNI requirements. Additionally, we have the ability to produce customized parts, such as conical reducers in accordance with B16.9, as well as very small or truncated cone transition pieces.
We also offer special reductions, which can be very small or customized according to our customers’ needs. These special reductions are also available in sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 8″ with no thickness limit.
